We have been residents of Loma Rica for 15 years and have made many friends over the years, many began as clients. I firmly believe that "a good reputation is hard to get...easy to lose!" Every Job I take on is with that in mind!
We were both raised by ranching and rodeo families where we were taught integrity and hard work.
I spent many years as a professional bull rider ranked as one of the top twenty in the world in the PRCA.
I have been involved in the construction industry in almost every phase of building for most of my life.
Working for many different contractors over the years I have seen the best and the worst of building and repairs.
My goal as your contractor is to make sure you're 100 percent satisfied with our work.

**Due to the Corona Virus situation, all positions will be on a part-time basis until further notice. There will be weeks with 40+ hours and there may also be work weeks with 0 hours, all depending on the current state of emergency.
Open Positions:
Construction Laborer - Part Time

Cleaning and preparing construction sites

Loading and unloading materials and equipment

Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans

Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties

Perform a variety of duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying
Qualifications: We will train the right candidate! Must be a hard worker, able to lift 50+ pounds, willing to work hard and have a desire to learn the Construction trade. MUST have reliable transportation and be on time on a daily basis.
Skilled Carpenter - Part Time
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team on a part time basis to start, working into full time. The ideal candidate will have his or her own truck and tools and be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius.
Qualifications:
-
1+ years’ experience in finish carpentry
-
Additional 1+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred

Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
-
Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
-
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
-
Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
